As the founding member of ReVera Partners, LLC, Rick Heffern has spent almost three decades helping clients achieve their financial goals. His life experience as an entrepreneur, husband, father, and community volunteer brings invaluable pragmatism to ReVera’s work with families, businesses, charities, and professional partners.


Whether founding, growing and selling start-up businesses; serving as vice president at a financial institution with $60 billion in assets; or crafting executive compensation solutions with a national consulting firm, Rick has learned firsthand about the variety of challenges faced by business people from sole proprietors to CEO’s. He has helped charities to increase legacy-giving and public entities to mitigate benefit obligations. And Rick has helped countless individuals provide greater financial protection for themselves and their families at every phase of life.

Far surpassing industry standards, Mr. Heffern’s placement of more than $5 billion in institutional and individual life insurance, indicates the trust he has earned. His greatest satisfaction is helping clients achieve greater serenity and security as they plot a course through potentially destabilizing life transitions. 


Born and raised in Cleveland, Rick participates in numerous civic and charitable organizations. He enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole and their six children.
